Eric Wulff’s honest assessment of my basement leak was awesome! He saved me potentially thousands of dollars of unnecessary foundation work. I was contemplating spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars and the irony would have been that the “drip” would have still resulted in water in my basement. Eric’s holistic evaluation/approach revealed that an old copper pipe was leaking from ceiling, NOT an issue with my foundation. Two other companies came in and suggested significant repairs, one of which would have even caused me to tear up a recently refinished bathroom. It is so refreshing and appreciated that this company is here for the customer, not just about the companies bottom line! I can assure you that I’ll be referring Eric and Quality Waterproofing any chance I get! ~ Katie H

We got 4 bids for waterproofing our basement after the sump pump couldn’t keep up with the high table water and the basement mildly flooded. Eric visited us in a timely manner to offer a quote. He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and gave us a great education about what was going on. One company we contacted for a bid did not even bother to return one after their visit! Others tried to do more work than what was needed. Although we have some downspout issues to take care of and needed a new sump pump before proceeding, Eric offered a quote that was specific to our needs. He also provided great follow up to see how things were going! If we need to proceed with the work, we will definitely use Quality Waterproofing! I highly recommend their services. ~ Jacqueline J

Quality Waterproofing was nothing short of amazing from our experience, and they did not even have to do work for us as we discovered it was a plumbing issue rather than a foundation issue. But before we discovered the root cause of water in the basement, Matt delivered a dehumidifier and an air moving fan to dry out our basement. The next day, while the plumbers were working on a cracked stack, Eric called and came to our home anyway just to look around and make sure there were no other obvious issues. He did not have to come by since the plumbers were here, but he did so anyway. I would recommend this company without hesitation and I feel oddly guilty that we did not need to employ them for our project. I assure you that if we ever do have a basement issue, we won't call any other company. ~ Jim H

I had a massive foundation crack, was calling around and had about 6 other companies come to look it over and they were the only company that was thorough with inspecting. The only company that didn't take a "one size fits all" approach. They did everything to make me feel comfortable throughout. From Dan coming to my house to check out the damage and assesing the appropriate course of action, Lori in the office with scheduling, and of course Greg, Tyler, and Logan (they were like the A - Team). This company is friendly, personable, professional, responsive, and honestly I enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them. I would absolutely recommend them it's worth every penny! I was confident putting my money into this company, and should I ever need foundation or waterproofing again, I'm going with Quality, no hesitation! Tell your friends and family! ~ Brendan S

Quality Waterproofing was my third and final opinion on cracks in my garage floor. The first wanted to polyfill for $1300. The second said it was street creep and that I needed $2500 of work installing expansion joints. Jim from Quality came out and told me that neither was true and that I needed no work done. He explained what indicators he would see for each problem and showed me that I had none of these. He looked inside and out, at the foundation, basement and garage and found no structural concerns and he educated me. I so appreciated his knowledge and the time he took to explain why the other two assessments were not correct. Most of all, I appreciated his honesty- he could’ve convinced me I needed a lot of work done, but he did the right thing. Jim is a wealth of knowledge and a good guy! Ethan came out today as part of the maintenance program to check all my equipment which includes sump pumps (interior and exterior) and back ups for them. He did an excellent job and gave thoughtfully explanations to my questions. He uncovered a problem with the wiring to one of my pumps (due to an electrician's mistake) that I would not have been otherwise aware of and that I need to take care of for the proper functioning of my pump. He gave me recommendations for length of life of one of the pumps and its battery backup that was reaching the end of its useful life. I would highly recommend Quality waterproofing both for installation (they did my install) as well as the maintenance of the equipment. They also will maintain equipment they did not install which is enormously helpful (to be able to have one company do all the maintenance. ) Thank you Quality! ~ Lynn P

When we found water problems in our basement we contacted three different companies and Quality stood out above the rest. Dan was so patient with us in making sure we understood what the problem was and answering any and all of our questions during this process. Tyler and Greg were just two of the great guys we had here. They were very customer service driven and knew their job very well. From wall bracing, French drains, sump pump and carbon fiber waterproofing we had a little bit of everything done and they definitely deserve a job well done! I looked up QW on Google looking for highly rated basement repairs in the St. Louis County area. Sales person came to the house. He was kind and professional. Repairs were scheduled shortly after and the wait time was not excessive. I'm happy with the work that was done. Technician showed up on time and worked for about 2 hours. The service itself was not as loud as expected. We had a crack running the height of our foundation and about a milimeter thick. The repair cost was less than we had budgeted. (A small price to pay for piece of mind) The repair is a black stripe of carbon fiber material about 18in wide that runs from floor to the top of the foundation. ~ Swamp C

9/26/2018 This morning, Quality Waterproofing technicians, Nick and Shawn arrived at our house for the work we had requested. These two young men were very professional in their appearance and in their attitude. Before starting and while the work was being done, they answered all my questions and explained what and how they were doing the job. After completion, everything was shown to me and I was asked to inspect the work and the work areas. The work was completed in a very professional manner. There was no mess or anything left for me to finish or clean up. I was very pleased with their entire job. Quality Waterproofing should be proud to have these two young men as representatives of the company. I would have no regrets in having them do any future work for me. First and foremost, their quotes are job-appropriate! I say this because other companies came in and offered solutions that were out of this world as far as price and overkill for my needs. I worked with Chris, he identified the problem in under 5 minutes, wrote out the quote, and I couldn't have thrown my credit card at him any faster. When Greg came for repair he was on time and professional. After the work he gave me proper instructions and answered all my questions. THANK YOU Quality Waterproofing! 5/5 stars and 10/10 recommend. During a period of frequent rain and snow, we had considerable water seepage at the base of a basement wall. We have owned our home for 16 years and this was the first occurrence. We had Quality Waterproofing come out to discuss possible causes and options. The professionalism and thoroughness of Eric and Chris were extremely impressive. They offered several steps we could take before considering their service. They provided a bid for reference but there was absolutely no pressure. If we end up requiring a waterproofing job they will be our first choice. ~ Rick H

Erin had a cancellation so he was able to come earlier than scheduled which worked great for me. After his inspection, he shared a lot of information of what to look for and even gave advice on an additional issue. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them when, if, I have issues. I was happy to hear that I currently don’t have an issue and what to look for going forward. From the whole bid process, to the actual work done, Quality had been nothing but phenomenal. The Estimator scheduled a specific appointment (not a four hour window like most), arrived promptly, was very pleasant and helpful and produced a reasonable bid within 24 hours. Eric was the inspector for my most recent call, and he was very kind, informative, and patient with all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate his insight and the approach this company takes. We cannot thank Andrew enough for helping us out with no advance notice. We had water problems in our basement and needed assistance within 2 days. Andrew was willing to not only answer our call, but offered to walk us through it via video call. He then went above and beyond and offered solutions as well as a written report that explained everything. Not many businesses would go out of there way to help a customer like that. I must add that I did not use Quality Waterproofing, although I wish I had. As the previous review stated, a very thorough inspection of the residence inside and out and a very thorough comprehensive estimate and description of what is needed. I went with another company that was referred to me by a relative because they were cheaper when paying cash. I didn't think to ask Quality if they gave a discount for cash. I think I was in a hurry and ready to get it done and accepted the other proposal too soon. The other proposal had nowhere near the discriptive work to be done and ended up costing me more because the possible wall leaks were not addressed in the beginning, and being new to this assumed that this company knew what they were doing and would have addressed this. When all was said and done, Quality had the lower price while even addressing the wall leaks in their proposal. I can tell you in the future, if I were to recommend a company for waterproofing, Quality will be the one that I will definitely recommend. So sorry I didn't follow up and use them. ~ Darlene F

Andrew Timp helped us figure out how best to protect the lower level of one of our academic buildings on our University campus from high water table flooding. They installed a drain system with a sump pump that has resolved issues we've been having with water infiltration and mold for the last 40 years or so.
